Environmental Health and Safety Manager

 (Commercial Flat Roofs)

$24.00 - $64.00 Hourly

Job Description:

• Travel to and from site projects.
• Manage and oversee public or government pre-job inspections, government project meetings.
• Signature and approval on fall replacement plans.
• Check on-site safety documentation as needed.
• Consult safety concerns or violations with appropriate department.
• Attend OSHA trainings and meetings.
• Ladder Safety/OSHA Compliance
• Working at Heights
• Roof Inspection/Climbing
• Equipment Inspection
• Fall Protection Systems

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must have an understanding of standard commercial roof procedures and safety.
• Experience with OSHA Regulations and Training.
• 2-5 Years of experience in commercial construction.
• Valid Drivers License
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety (Health and Safety, Risk management, Occupational Safety or Construction)
• (1) of the following: CSP, CHP, CIH, ASP, STSC, or CHST.
• Proficient in working at heights and confident with ladder safety protocols.

Commercial Roofer

(Flat Roofs)

$21.00 - $64.00 Hourly

Compensation is discussed during interview process

Job Description:

• Remove or repair existing flat roof systems:

TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Built Up Roofing.

• Work with a team of laborers and under foreman supervision while following safety procedures.
• Meet physical demands such as climbing, lifting, and mobility.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to lift, climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 15-30 feet.
• Any experience in welding, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing is a plus.
• No roofing experience is needed but is a plus.
• Driver's License is not needed but is a plus.
• OSHA 10 is not required but is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
