Role Description

As a roofer for Tennis Roofing and Asphalt Inc.

you will work as part of a team under a foreman to perform roof installations, removal, repairs, and maintenance.

The role involves performing manual labor, including carrying and climbing ladders.

1-3 years of experience in the following:

EDPM, TPO, Metal, Modified Bitumen, Shingle, PVC, Spray or Brush Roof Coatings,

Wood Decking Replacement and Installation, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Repair/Replacement,

Roof Repairs, New Roofing, Flashing and Sealing, and New Construction.

Qualifications:

• Roofing Certifications are not required, is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is not required, is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
• Ability to follow guidelines and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Varies depending on experience and skill level
• Pay increase for overtime
